Add pieces to your cart and check out on the website. You’ll receive an email confirmation immediately with your order number; keep it, as it’s the fastest reference for any later question.
Yes, as long as it hasn’t shipped. Email us with your order number and we’ll amend or cancel it. Once a parcel is dispatched it follows our returns process instead.
No. You can check out as a guest. An account simply saves your addresses and order history for next time.
Shipping
Across the United States. We don’t currently ship internationally.
Orders are packed and dispatched within one to two business days, and typically arrive two to five business days after that depending on your location. You’ll get a tracking link when it ships.
A flat rate is shown at checkout, and orders over the threshold shown there ship free. The exact figure is calculated in your cart before you pay.
Yes. If a parcel arrives damaged, tell us within 7 days with a photo and we’ll replace it or refund it.
Returns
Unused items in their original condition can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Write to us first and we’ll send return instructions and a label.
If the return is because we sent the wrong or a faulty item, we cover it. For a change-of-mind return, a modest return-shipping cost is deducted from the refund.
Within 5–10 business days of us receiving the returned item, back to your original payment method.
Products & care
Yes — the stoneware and glass are dishwasher safe. Cast iron and oiled wood should be hand-washed and re-oiled occasionally; care notes are on each product page.
Stoneware glazes and natural wood vary slightly piece to piece — that’s the material, not a flaw. Our photographs are shot in neutral light to be as true as possible.
Payment & security
Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover, plus supported digital wallets. All payments are processed securely; we never see or store your full card number.
Yes. The whole site runs over encrypted HTTPS and card data is handled by a PCI-DSS-compliant payment processor. See our Payment & Security page for detail.
