These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of synaptidehome.store and your purchase of products from Synaptide LLC, trading as Synaptide Home. By using the site or placing an order you agree to these terms. Please read them; if you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. Who we are

synaptidehome.store is operated by Synaptide LLC, a limited liability company organised in the State of Wyoming, United States, with a business address at 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801. You can contact us at support@synaptidehome.store.

2. Products, descriptions and pricing

We describe every product as accurately as we can, including its material and dimensions. Natural materials — stoneware glazes, wood grain, linen — vary slightly from piece to piece, and screens render colour differently; small variation is inherent to the goods and is not a defect. Prices are shown in US dollars and include our margin but exclude any applicable sales tax, which is calculated at checkout where required. We may change prices at any time, but changes do not affect orders we have already accepted. If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price due to a genuine error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full rather than fulfil it at the wrong price.

3. Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send you a confirmation email and, in any event, when we dispatch the goods. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock, if we suspect fraud, or if there was a pricing error — and if we do, we refund any payment taken in full.

4. Payment

Payment is taken at checkout through our PCI-DSS-compliant payment processor. All charges are one-time charges for the order placed; we do not offer or operate subscriptions and do not store your card to bill it again. By submitting an order you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method. Fraud-prevention checks (AVS, CVV and, where required, 3-D Secure) apply, as described on our Payment & Security page.

5. Shipping and risk

We ship within the United States as set out in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these terms. Title and risk of loss pass to you on delivery. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers or by events outside our reasonable control.

6. Returns

Your rights to return goods are set out in our Returns, Refunds & Cancellations policy, which forms part of these terms. Nothing in these terms limits any statutory rights you have as a consumer.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose, not to attempt to interfere with its operation or security, and not to copy, scrape or resell its content without our permission. All text, images and design on this site are owned by or licensed to Synaptide LLC and are protected by intellectual-property law.

8. Warranties and liability

We warrant that the goods will be as described and of satisfactory quality. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability arising out of any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or for fraud.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, and any dispute will be subject to the courts of that state, without affecting any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have where you live.

10. Accounts

You may check out as a guest or create an account. If you create one, you are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without your permission. We may suspend or close an account that we reasonably believe is being used for fraud or in breach of these terms.

11. Promotions and discount codes

From time to time we may offer discount codes or promotions. Unless stated otherwise, codes can’t be combined, have no cash value, apply only to eligible items, and may be withdrawn or expire. We reserve the right to cancel an order where a code has been obtained or used in a way it wasn’t intended, such as reselling codes or exploiting an error.

12. Availability

We try to keep the website available and accurate at all times, but we don’t guarantee uninterrupted access, and we may suspend, withdraw or change any part of the site without notice for maintenance or other reasons. Stock is limited and listing an item is not a guarantee it is available; if we can’t fulfil an accepted order we’ll refund it in full.

13. Electronic communications

When you place an order or email us, you consent to receive communications from us electronically (by email or through the site), and you agree that electronic notices satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

14. Force majeure

We are not responsible for any failure or delay in performing our obligations that is caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including carrier disruption, natural events, utility or network failures, or government action.

15. General

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remain in force. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign your rights under these terms without our consent; we may assign ours to a successor of our business. These terms, together with our Privacy, Shipping and Returns policies, are the entire agreement between us regarding your use of the site and your orders, and supersede any prior understanding.
